Auction Details

I am contacting you as this year’s Committee Chair for the Rolling Hills Elementary School PTCO’s Live Dinner Auction. The Auction will be Saturday, April 23rd, 2022 at Blackstone Country Club. At Rolling Hills Elementary School, our teachers, staff and parents work together to provide every opportunity for our students to succeed. Due to limited funding and budget cuts within the school district, the Parent, Teacher Community Organization (PTCO) fundraising efforts are necessary to ensure that our students receive the highest quality education. Our Annual Dinner Auction is the school’s largest fundraiser. Support from local businesses and organizations are vital for the auction to succeed. Here is how you can help make it a HUGE success. We are looking to provide items, gift certificates and experiences for our attendees to bid on. We are hoping you will support Rolling Hills with a donation this year. Your donation, which would benefit children ages 5-12, will help raise money for teacher assistants, STEAM, (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) program, and technology devices for our classrooms. Aside from our appreciation and gratitude, your business will also benefit from your donation. Your business will be recognized in the monthly newsletter, various social media platforms, and in the auction booklet, which will be distributed to the approximately 300 attendees at the auction. Additionally, our online bidding software will reach roughly 2,000 people. Finally, you will have the satisfaction of contributing to the students in your community. Please consider donating to the Rolling Hills Dinner Auction. You may send any donation directly to the below address (attention PTCO Dinner Auction). On behalf of the PTCO, staff and students at Rolling Hills Elementary School, we sincerely thank you for considering this donation request.
